While running LGF prior to merging with Compass, Aaron Graf & Zoé Kellerhals-Madussi mentored and trained over 400 agents, many of which are successful role models in the industry today.
Today, LGF includes the Junior Agent Program to address the necessity for a more hands on training approach for beginner agents that we believe will pursue a successful career in real estate.
The program lasts around 2 weeks with training on basic real estate 101, through business development training and goal setting.

Aaron Graf is the Co-Founder of LG Fairmont at Compass. This firm is structured as an acceleration engine for agents through high level training, mentorship, and lead generation. The firm has been rapidly increasing the production of agents for more than ten years. Total production is approaching 2 billion dollars.
Aaron has extensive experience in the real estate industry. He originated, underwrote, and closed hundreds of millions of dollars in production as a construction lender. As a real estate developer, he completed multiple successful market rate condo projects in New York City, as well as multiple affordable housing projects using Low Income Housing Tax Credits. He also executed the wind down of failed banking institutions in conjunction with the FDIC totaling more than $500 million dollars of assets. Finally, Aaron has experience in deal structuring in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space.
Aaron Graf has an MBA from Columbia Business School where he was a Toigo Fellow, and an undergrad degree from Keyon College where he was a Merit Scholar.
Born in Paris, France, Zoé Kellerhals-Madussi spent her childhood moving to different countries throughout Europe and the United States. As a half Swiss, half American she speaks 4 languages fluently (English, French, Italian & German). Multiculturalism and a passion for understanding human nuance has helped her throughout her career to pursue her goals in assisting agents & clients alike.
Prior to working with LG Fairmont, Zoé earned a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications and Mass Marketing at the University of Lugano. She then initiated her corporate experience in Marketing with an International Diamond Manufacturer. Zoe subsequently worked with Tiffany’s, Macy’s, and CBRE, where she discovered her passion for real estate. In her corporate career she rapidly moved up from Assistant to the Marketing Director to Global Marketing Director. Zoé manages the day to day functions of LG Fairmont along with Aaron Graf.
