Theodore Dierker is a new face to the real estate world. Theodore's passion for real estate first sparked when he was working in Mexico with a charity program and when he worked as an intern at a real estate firm in San Diego. Although Daniel always exhibited an interest in real estate, his passion developed in 2013 when he managed private estates as a Property Manager for an established international firm in Turks and Caicos. Eric Ballinger was born and raised in the West Village and spent many days getting intimately familiar with Manhattan as a whole. He received his BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in Political Science and used this to get a start in Finance. After completing his term of enlistment with the Marine Corps, James spent several years in the medical field. He then went on to become a professional French-culinary trained chef and worked at Babbo in Greenwich village, NYC at a Michelin-star rated Italian restaurant.
