Ify fell in love with New York City the first time she set foot here. This Dallas, Texas native graduated from the University of North Texas with a BA in Kinesiology, worked in the world of hospitality, and came into real estate due to her passion for the service business. Her gift of gab and genuine interest in the needs of others instantly puts people at ease and makes them feel comfortable. A native of Tokyo, Japan, Nao (pronounced like “now”) has called New York her home for the past 7 years. Prior to moving to New York, she lived in Hawaii and California. Nao has moved over 15 times in her lifetime, including internationally, across country, and within the city, which gives her a unique insight into the time pressing, stressful yet exciting nature of finding a new home. She understands and lives at the pace of life in New York City, where everybody seems to be trying to get somewhere. She is committed to bringing out the genuine fun of finding a new home, while minimizing the stress and time required that comes along with it.
Nao has worked in various industries prior to joining LG Fairmont. She has experience in NPOs, immigration law, hospitality, as well as advertising. Throughout her different roles in different sectors, the constant of her professional life has always been in cultivating and enhancing customer/client relations.
In her spare time, Nao enjoys finding the next favorite hole-in-the-wall bistros, or shifting gears in her beloved sports car.

So Why Real Estate? Enzo wanted to be able to work with people from all over the world, from all types of businesses, taking on the challenges of no day alike. After taking an accelerated course at Baruch College, he acquired a Sales Person’s License, and leaped to work for brokerages on Fifth Avenue, than the Upper West Side, and eventually settling in at the most innovative brokerage, L.G. Prior to entering the world of Real Estate, he's had quite a diverse background. He studied Civil Construction Engineering, Advertising, and earned Licenses in Protective Services. He’s assisted network executives, worked on tv shows, managed media teams at live events, consulted for an armed security team, and worked security for notable clientele at a tier-1 level. He feels, the greatest take away from this diverse journey was, meeting so many people, and learning how to become resourceful for the changing climate of different businesses.
When outside of Real Estate, Enzo is a life enthusiast, enjoys time with his family, writing books, partaking in fitness, travelling, studying history & philosophy, attending live shows, and volunteers to help raise money for autism at his friend's annual event.
